2. The privacy of your profile on www.protip.club
ProTip Card is our SaaS product that a customer or company uses to create their digital business card combined with NDV INTERNATIONAL SRLS products. You have full control of your profile, the information you enter and the people you share information with, by sharing links, QR codes, emails and more. You can choose which information and contents are linked to your ProTip Card and to the NDV INTERNATIONAL SRLS profile by having full control of the information you have entered in your account. NDV INTERNATIONAL SRLS cannot be held responsible if someone is able to scan / load your card while you were not aware of this. To prevent this from happening, we suggest that you keep track of where you share your card URLs and where you use your ProTip card.
You can manage the content and data on www.protip.club by changing your profile on which I would have full control and responsibility for the content. You can decide what to share and what not. None of the NDV International SRLS team will modify or alter the content of yours in any wayProTip Digital Business Card or equivalent names, such as ProTip Card or ProTip Business Card, for example. If you want to remove all information, you can delete your account at any time. Please contact us to delete your complete profile and data. When you decide to do so, we will delete your profile and all data. After 30 days, the information you shared will be permanently deleted (due to backups). In any case, the URL relating to your personal ProTip Card will be deactivated within 48 hours of your notification.
Remember that the information that others have collected from you, interacting with you and your information, is not part of your account and therefore is not deleted along with the account. The URL will be deleted and your profile will no longer be visible. But people who have saved your contact information in their phone or something else, will not be deleted. The data you enter yourself will be processed and saved in our database to ensure that your NDV INTERNATIONAL SRLS profile works correctly.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), our legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.
